Scope

We collect, use and store your personal data exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Validity and timeliness

This privacy policy is currently valid (dated May 25, 2018). We point out that the further development of our website, the implementation of new technologies or changes in legislation may necessitate an adaptation of these data protection notices. Collecting of general information

With each access to our website and with each retrieval of a file stored on it, the information is automatically recorded and logged by us or the web space provider. E-mails that regularly serve to prepare, conduct or conclude or cancel business are required to be kept in an orderly manner. For accounting documents, balance sheets and other documents there is a ten-year retention requirement. E-mails for which there is no obligation to keep records are deleted at regular intervals at the end of the following calendar year, insofar as a clear purpose separation is technically possible. The right to a permanent deletion order remains unaffected.

Phone data

A regular personal storage of the telephone numbers of callers is not provided. Exception: telephone number information in e-mails.
Our router stores the following data: Tel. No. (if sent), date and duration of the call, incoming, outgoing, in the absence.
Deletion automatically after 3 months.

Use and disclosure of personal data
